We bought this dematting tool kit for our long-haired cat, who had developed several stubborn mats. We were really impressed with the quality and durability of the tools. They worked very well at gently and safely removing the mats without causing him discomfort. The kit made what could have been a stressful grooming job much easier. Great product and definitely worth having for long-haired cats!
The brush and comb set is okay. I guess it gets the job done. I can see it working better for dogs or cats that have matted fur, but I have short haired cats that don’t have matted fur I just like to brush them to sort of de-shed them. As for the handheld brush it really doesn’t catch the hair, the hair just kind of blows away and doesn’t stay in the bristles that much unless you go over your cat really fast. Honestly, I bet the cats just enjoy it to scratch some places on their chin, their head and their ears which my cats love. I definitely see the glove brush working for baths but right now I’m going to try it on my cat that doesn’t like being groomed and see if he enjoys it better than the hard brush. He’s a senior who is very brittle and fragile so I think he’s going to love it in comparison to a hard metal brush.

This grooming rake has changed my long haired cats life. He was always having issues with knots in his fur and vomiting hairballs no matter how much we brushed him. The first time using this grooming rake, we got more hair out of him that we have in months of brushing him. This released all of the trapped undercoat. There were fur tumbleweed blowing all over the room in top of all the fur we collected in our hands. Once we cleared out all of the old hair, he has been much more manageable. This brush is 100% recommended for anyone with a long haired cat.

I used these on my long-haired cats and they worked really well at getting out all the extra undercoat. I was shocked at how much loose hair came off that I didn’t even realize was there. I’ve definitely noticed less shedding since using them, and they also helped thin out and smooth their coats. The best part is my cats actually loved being brushed with them, which really surprised me!
Saw these on the internet, was skeptical on how they removed hair and how easily the hair come off the device. Well, it’s true ! Just wonderful. Dog loves it, I love it. Everyone is happy.
Works great on my big Maine Coon cat! He doesn't mind when I use it, and it gets a lot of loose fur off of him. I couldn't believe it!
